Partnering with leading corporations, we've crafted programs that not only teach but transform, providing foster youth with essential training, employment opportunities, and the support necessary to secure a brighter future.
Bridge the gap
Each program aims to bridge the gap between potential and opportunity, supporting around 20 transitional foster youth per class through comprehensive seven-week courses. Following their training, we dedicate ourselves to guiding these young individuals toward successful interviews and meaningful employment, ensuring they have the tools and skills needed to thrive in the workforce.
